Chlorella is green algae and Spirulina is a spiral shaped looking algae. Both serve as powerful superfoods. They are both high in protein, good fats, carbohydrates, fibre, and filled with minerals and vitamins.  Where do you find Chlorella and Spirulina? Well you can find it in pill/capsule form, powder form and even liquid form in your health food store and some supermarkets, in the vitamin section.
