Lavender

Lavender’s Health Benefits Include;
– Calming of the nervous system. Reduces anxiety and stress.
– Relieve insomnia.
– Treat upset stomach and bowels. Reducing flatulence and colic.
– Alleviate Headaches and Migraines.
– Alleviate Respiratory problems such as colds, coughs asthma and bronchitis, when applied topically.
– Fight bad breath, when Lavender tea is used as a mouth wash.
– Heals cuts sores, ulcers and wounds.
– Induce sweating and reducing body temperature during fever.

Lemon Grass
Lemon Grass’s Health Benefits include;
– Reduce a fever.
– Detoxifying and cleansing the body – Kidney’s, Liver, Pancreas, Urinary Tract.
– Assists with Colds and Coughs.
– Anti-bacterial.
– Diuretic.
– Lowers High Blood Pressure.

Lemon Myrtle
Lemon Mytle’s Health Benefits include;
– Assists colds, flus and chest congestions. (Can be use in the form of tea or in steam inhalation)
– Assists in digestive problems, such as gases.
– Antiseptic, Antiviral, Antifungal (Can be used in the form of an essential oil. Can be used in the bath or as a house cleaning product).

1. (Lemon Myrtle essential oil in the bath – Always read the label though, because some oils are specially water soluble and some are not).
2. (Lemon Myrtle essential oil on skin – If you are using the non-water soluble oil, diulte it with a base oil, such as a vegetable oil, if you do not dilute it, it can cause irritations to the skin).
3. (Lemon Myrtle essential oil undiluted – only on skin irritations such as coldsores and warts. But always be careful).
