Thyme’s Health Benefits include;
– Antioxidant Properties.
– Relieves coughs.
– Treats indigestion.

Turmeric
Turmeric’s Health Benefits include;
– Contains an antioxidant called Curcumin, which is useful in the treatment of cancer. (Note: it is useful in the treatment, it will not treat cancer alone)
