Simple & Tasty Gluten Free Spaghetti Bolognese

Ingredients
- 250ml premix tomato base sauce (Plain tomato or with herb to add flavour)
- 250g mince meat
- 250g buckwheat pasta (or another gluten/wheat free pasta such as a vegetable pasta)
- 500g mixed frozen veggies
- 2 pinches Salt
- 1 sprinkle Pepper
- 1 Saucepan / Pot
- 1 Frying Pan

Directions
| Step 1. | |
| Preheat 1.5L of water in the pot on high heat | |
| Step 2. | |
| Preheat Frying Pan lightly with some oil | |
| Step 3. | |
| Add mince meat to Pan | |
| Step 4. | |
| Cook mince meat on medium heat till cooked all the way through - mash apart mince | |
| Step 5. | |
| Turn heat for Pot of water to high | |
| Step 6. | |
| Add 1 pasta sauce to mince meat pan and stir on low heat | |
| Step 7. | |
| Once water boils, turn to medium heat and add the gluten free pasta | |
| Step 8. | |
| When pasta is cooked add frozen veggies | |
| Step 9. | |
| Once frozen veggies are heated, drain water from pot | |
| Step 10. | |
| Add mince meat to Pot, full of cooked pasta and cook veggies | |
| Step 11. | |
| Add the 2 pinches of salt and pepper. | |
| Step 12. | |
| Stir pot on medium heat for 1 minute and its ready! | |
