Berry Banana Breakfast Smoothie

  • 3 Bananas
  • 1 cup Frozen Mixed Berries
  • 1 cup Almond Mylk (or Coconut Mylk)
  • 150g Yoghurt (Dairy or Dairy Free) (small tub)


  • 1 scoop Protein Powder of Choice
  • 1 tablespoon Super Green Powder Mix


Each Serve is Approx. 250ml if you choose to drink from a Medium Sized glass (this will make 4 serves).
Each Serve is Approx. 500ml if you choose to drink from a Large Sized glass (this will make 2 serves).


Step 1.
Bananas x3
Break the 3 bananas into chunks and throw them into the blender.
Step 2.
Almond Milk
Pour the cup of Almond Milk into the blender.
Step 3.
Mixed Berries
Add the cup of Mixed Berries to the blender.
Step 4.
Lastly, add the small tub (150ml) of Yoghurt to the blender. Place the lid on and Blend all the ingredient until smooth or preferred consistency.
Step 5.
Serve into medium glasses for 4 servings or large glasses for 2 Big servings. As per the finished Recipe Picture above.
