You may think that you are keeping your house clean but are you cleaning or even replacing these everyday items properly?
CLEAN: Your Wallet or Purse should be cleaned every week . You may not think this is necessary but think about how much it is handled. How much money has gone in and out of it. Money that has been handled by others, and who knows where those hands have been.
Cleaning your wallet or purse is as simple as wiping it with a anti-bacterial wipe. You may already have some of these in your bag, that you keep your wallet or purse in.
REPLACE: As you will be cleaning your wallet or purse regularly, it really only needs to be replaced once it starts to fall apart or you need a change of style.
CLEAN: Your phone, should be cleaned EVERYDAY! Just so you know, there has been research done on a sample of phones and there was 7,000 types of bacteria found on these phones. As your phone is warm, especially during and after it’s been used, it is a great breeding ground for these bacteria.
Just with your Purse or Wallet, simply use an anti-bacterial wipe to clean all the surfaces of your phone. Plus it’ll also get rid of those oily finger marks you keep trying to wipe off with your sweater or shirt everyday.
REPLACE: When breaks or needs upgrade.
Computer & Keyboards
CLEAN: Whether you have a laptop or a desktop computer, you should be regularly cleaning your computer. You Keyboard should be wiped with anti-bacterial wipes every week or 2. Especially if you use it for many hours each day.
The rest of a laptop computer can also be wiped down with a anti-bacterial wipe, probably once a month (every second time you clean your keyboard).
A desktop computer should be cleaned inside and out. Clean the outside with a anti-bacterial wipe, once a month. The fans inside your desktop computer tower, need to be regularly cleaned as well, as they collect a lot of dust. These should be cleaned every few months, especially if you’re using your computer every day. If you know what you’re doing, then firstly turn off your computer and make sure there is no power going to the computer (unplug from wall). Open up the case. With a slightly damp cloth or wipe, clean off the dust from the fan(s) inside the computer tower). Close your computer back up and it may run better now and not over-heat from all the dust clogging the fan(s).
REPLACE: When it breaks or you need an upgrade.
